Integrations
Connect the accounts and systems Lumnis uses to find people, send messages, schedule meetings, and update customer records.
Reviewed 2026-08-30
Open Integrations from the workspace menu to connect or disconnect the systems available to your organization.
A customer relationship management system, or CRM, is the shared customer database your team uses, such as Attio or HubSpot.
Available connections
| Connection | Who connects it | Used for |
|---|---|---|
| Each user | LinkedIn searches, profile details, and actions from that account | |
| Gmail | Each user | Personal email, when enabled for the workspace |
| Outlook | Each user | Personal email and calendar, when enabled |
| Google Calendar | Each user | Scheduling meetings |
| Attio | The organization | A shared CRM connection and updates to prospect records |
| HubSpot | The organization | A shared CRM connection and updates to prospect records |
The Integrations page lists what your workspace can connect. A logo elsewhere on the site does not mean that connection is available in the product.
Personal versus organization connections
LinkedIn, inboxes, and calendars belong to one user. Make sure Lumnis uses the right connected account when it prepares or sends an action.
Attio and HubSpot are shared across the organization. One authorized connection supports the workspace, so each member does not need to connect the same CRM.
After the connection is ready, Project results can show whether a person is already a CRM contact and whether their company has an active deal or customer history. You can add a person to the CRM from the Project, then review company and deal context before starting outreach.
The company and account are the same underlying organization. Company is the general term; account is the sales term used when that company is part of a CRM or sales workflow. When the connected CRM and match provide the data, the account view can include lifecycle, deal, pipeline, stage, value, close date, and related-contact context.
Use that context to decide whether a person should stay in the working set, whether an existing owner should review the opportunity, or whether an active customer or deal should be left out of new-business work. CRM context is a review input. Do not assume that every draft or action has automatically been rewritten from every available CRM field.
Connect LinkedIn before LinkedIn actions
You can search and research before setting up outreach. A campaign or approval that uses LinkedIn needs a connected sending account. Reconnect an expired account before resuming that work. See Campaigns for the full launch sequence.
Use Lumnis from an AI assistant (MCP)
MCP lets you use supported Lumnis workspace features from a compatible AI assistant. It is separate from the Developer API preview in these guides.
From Dashboard Home, choose MCP in the top bar to open the setup guide. Choose Docs beside it to return to the full product documentation.
See the MCP overview for the current setup path.
When work uses a shared CRM and a personal LinkedIn account, check the active organization and sending account before you launch or approve it.
